Hi! I'm Rey Vincent E. Ebreo, a passionate and
detail-oriented
Web Developer and UI/UX Designer from Lucena
City, Quezon, Philippines. I specialize in creating responsive,
user-friendly websites that blend clean code with intuitive
design. I enjoy solving real-world problems through thoughtful
development and digital experiences.
I graduated Cum Laude with a
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
from Southern Luzon State University, where I
also served as the Public Information Officer of the Integrated
Students of Information Technology and a Peer Facilitator.
During my internship with the
City Government of Cabuyao, Laguna, I helped
design and maintain responsive websites using
WordPress and Elementor. I also collaborated on
digital presentations for local government
initiatives and performed basic
troubleshooting and layout customization.
As part of my academic capstone, I developed a
web-based mental health platform — “ANDITO AKO”
— that enables students to book teleconsultations with
counselors, combining real-time chat and an intuitive UI for
accessible mental health support.
